I have almost been married for a year. It still seems strange. Sometimes, things strike me. I am here in Peru, under the hills, so far away from everywhere I ever knew.

I left my dog off the leash, in the park yesterday. It seemed to go well.

I had a class, on wednesday. A basic class. I was looking forward to it. I was told that the class was difficult. They were, they insisted on speaking Spanish, they kept checking their phones. There was a problem with the air conditioning. I had been told by TPTB that the students needed a rise, that the students wanted me, because I was energetic....
 Well the students apparently complained, the could not understand my accent and I was bounced out of the class. That was hard. I may have missed out on a conversation class because of that,
