My Funeral

 

As yesterday I was watching a funeral.  

One service is to be in Spanish, or Latin Spanish as it is my daughters language, and closer to the Irish and Latin my ancestors worshipped and spoken. . I want something grand. Grandeur is important. People built cathedrals. I have had too much informality, excuses, and crowd pleasing in my life. 

No bloody step dancing at the wake

No. Modern hymns- If Mr Pellegrini did not like it Then don't play 

Salve Regina, and Lord of the Dance are good enough

No- grave goods. Put a photo of me, on the coffin. Leave it that
