In the Northern Hemisphere July was historically a hungry month. Food stores were exhausted before the harvest. People ate nettles and foraged. July is a bleak time here in Lima. The weather is damp. To damp to dry clothes. There is no hot water. The traffic heavy and classes postponed. It is a bleak winter, where people have not seem to learnt the joys of large fires-hot food and light

Achieved one of my life's ambitions. I have uploaded a copy of the map, from the battle of Tunes. Into my age of Empires game. Hurrah!
I note that Age of Empires may have been released on the same day I returned from the USA.

I lost my phone. I cannot now whats app
The Change in the weather has hit us hard. I am listless from  the cold. My Baby daughter  has a fever. Which disturbs her sleep and thus our sleep
I was late for a class. They sent the students home

A long Week

A long week.

I have started a new class in another district of Lima. There has been a lot of toing and froing 

The  new class is in another institute There atmosphere is very different. I was inspected. I hope it went well
I ended up forgetting my phone

I have a terrible head cold.

I took the dog out tonight. He fought  with Hatchi for an hour. One of the other dogs. To be honest I am happier when he fights with Hatchi. If Thriller is losing he is staying out of trouble
