Its one thing I love about Game of Thrones. They try and set up Westeros as this mythical wonderful place.
If you read the books, there are green haired and purple eyed people. There are Utah raptors and Dragons running about. There are even crocodiles in the North. ( The Reeds and other crannogmen hunt them)
Then you hear someones accent
