A tragic discovery shocked the residents of the Covida residential area, in the district of Los Olivos. Four members of a family were found dead inside their home on Monday morning. Among the victims were Ludith Puerta Aguilar, her husband José Luis López Nunsevay and their six-year-old twin sons.
According to preliminary information released by 24 Horas, López Nunsevay, a former non-commissioned officer of the Peruvian National Police (PNP), would be the main suspect in the tragedy. The man, who had served nine months of preventive detention in 2023 for a complaint of inappropriate touching of a minor , would have committed the crime.
