I have no patience

One of the young ladies I supervise for the moment. Told me that I have no patience. Then that I was patronising.

These two comments are both true.

Today, they brought us, a set of ladders. Firetruck red. With a hand rail, and several meters tall. Wishing to be the first to use them.

I raced up the ladder, and hit my head on the ceiling
